Transfer Home Records

Prepare a curated package and coordinate a private handover.

How to use it

  1. Open Guided Actions and choose Transfer Home Records. Name the workflow and save it.
  2. Choose transferable information: Record what stays with the property and what must remain private.
  3. Review recipient package: Use the handover wizard to select records and review original files for private information.
  4. Record delivery and acceptance: Record recipient, delivery method and verified acceptance. Downloaded packages cannot be remotely revoked.
  5. Complete access review: Review household access separately. Record final permissions and retained seller records.
  6. Link supporting existing records and add dated inspections, appointments or communications in Timeline and inspections. Save each dated record explicitly.
  7. Create follow-ups in the workflow to reuse assigned Maintenance and its recurrence/reminder controls.
  8. Owners preparing transfer or caregiver information can select linked records for a verified recipient's private copy. Review every selection; document originals use the separate curated package. Recipients accept while signed in; owners can revoke future access, but downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
  9. Save required outcomes before completing. Reopen with In progress when further work is needed. Workflow and journal records are visible to the household; no legal authority, coverage or payment confirmation is inferred.

Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
