Maintenance & Planning

Keep workflow records connected

Linked records keep their actual status and add dated updates to the workflow.

How to use it

  1. Link an existing maintenance record or project. Status, dates and recorded maintenance cost refresh when you return to the workflow window.
  2. Task status, date, assignment and cost changes create a dated timeline entry. Recurring maintenance keeps its links to active workflows.
  3. Open or start an insurance claim from a problem or emergency. Later documents, repair tasks and projects linked to the incident also link to the active claim. Removing a source link does not delete evidence already attached to the claim.
  4. Review baseline and final room observations in Compare baseline and final conditions. Move-in uses actual home record counts; setup can resume saved move-in work.
  5. My Responsibilities shows assigned routine maintenance with its checklist progress. Open Routines to finish checklist work.
  6. Complete the workflow only after reviewing the outcome. Task completion does not verify that a problem is resolved or that an insurer has paid.

Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
