Upload and organize multiple documents
Free includes one introductory batch of up to 3 files (20 MB total). Ark supports repeated batches of up to 10 files (50 MB), and Ark+ supports up to 20 files (100 MB) per batch. Individual uploads remain available on Free.
How to use it
- Open Documents & Receipts, choose File tools, then expand Upload a document batch and choose multiple files.
- Set a document type for the batch, or choose a shared item, system, or room match on a paid plan.
- Ark and Ark+ can ask AI to extract details from each file; review and approve suggestions before they are saved.
- Upload the batch. Each file becomes its own searchable document record.
Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
