Scan a product with a phone from a desktop form

How to use it

1. Choose Scan with Phone in the original form. Scan the temporary ResiArk pairing QR using your phone, open the page and choose Connect phone.
2. Scan or enter the manufacturer’s product code on the phone. Review it, choose Use reviewed information, then Confirm and send product code.
3. On the desktop, review the result and choose Use reviewed phone information. Complete the normal form and save. Pairing expires after ten minutes; a claimed QR cannot pair another phone.
4. The pairing QR grants only a temporary product transfer, not household access. It is different from the manufacturer code. Cancel phone scan to revoke it. Existing Capture from Phone photos are a separate preserved workflow.
