Building a Home

Review selections, design revisions and change orders

Keep homeowner decisions, proposed changes, schedule impacts and approved budgets together without confusing them with actual spending.

How to use it

  1. Open a construction project and Design & selections. Add the selection or design revision with its description and supporting document when available.
  2. Review proposals awaiting a decision. Homeowner approval or rejection records the reviewer and decision; approved selections can then be tracked through ordering and installation.
  3. Open Budget & changes to review the original budget and proposed change orders, including amount and schedule impact. The household owner reviews approval or rejection before confirming.
  4. Compare the base budget, approved changes, actual recorded costs and recorded payments separately. ResiArk records financial information but does not send money.
  5. Check the original plans, contracts and evidence before deciding. Application acknowledgments are not legally binding electronic signatures.
  6. Review History for the durable decision trail. If another person changed a record, refresh and compare before resubmitting your decision.

Active construction collaboration requires the household’s Ark+ entitlement. Household roles and builder permissions still apply. Existing history is preserved when access changes.
